Cathy is a highly experienced National Orthodontic Consultant with over 20+ years of expertise in the field of orthodontics. Her focus is on equipping orthodontists and their team members with the necessary systems and protocols to ensure a successful practice.
Cathy is known for her meticulous and detail-oriented approach. She provides a comprehensive education on running a business effectively, because, at the end of the day, orthodontics is not just a profession, but a business as well.
Regardless of the size of your practice, she will develop a customized plan to cater to your specific needs. Her specialty lies in comprehensive training across several areas, including customer service, scheduling, front desk, office manager reports, same-day starts and the essential reports that every doctor should review.
Additionally, she provides the valuable service of being an “offsite financial coordinator”, ensuring that your accounts receivable and patient insurance accounts are well organized. With Cathy’s assistance, you will receive all the necessary tools to maintain a smoothly running office, along with ongoing staff training.
Her repertoire includes exceptional skills in front desk management, budgeting, accounts receivables, collections, and insurance billing. By offering detailed reports and personalized coaching, she guides doctors, office managers, front desk staff, team members and treatment coordinators in effectively analyzing and managing weekly and monthly reports to increase practice revenue and office efficiency.

After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales from Louisiana State University, Makenzie swiftly transitioned into the orthodontic industry, specializing in remote financial coordination. Ensuring top-notch communication for our clients is her top priority, and she takes great pride in her reports, having developed a deep passion for orthodontic financials. She credits Cathy for her current success, expressing immense gratitude for the invaluable mentorship received from the industry veteran. Tom Jugovic
Our Legit Logistics Coordinator
After 25 years as an Operations Manager for Federal Express, Tom decided to retire, only to find himself back in the workforce alongside Cathy. Assisting her and the team with their travel and conventions, he found his niche as the “Legit Logistics Man.” Making sure flights, hotels, and cars are ready for them to ensure they are always where they need to be and “on time.” As a wise person once said “Everyone needs a Tom” and Cathy certainly has hers!
